Here are some handy hints.

Please check through all these if you are experiencing problems with your log on.

If your login was unsuccessful, the reason will be shown in black on the attempted logon page.

Problems with..... ?

Usernames
The usernames may be all letters or a mixture of letters and numerals. Make sure you are entering letters where appropriate and numbers where appropriate. Do not confuse 0 and O or 1 or I ect. Enter as per the e-mail, fax or letter that we sent you.

Passwords
Passwords are all numerals. Enter as per the e-mail, fax or letter that we sent you.

Security Codes
These are something you select yourself when first logging on. This is to protect you and your details from being accessed by someone not authorized to do so.

When first logging on select an eight digit security code containing either letters or numerals or a mixture of the two.

Do not enter punctuation marks or spaces within the security code.

On your first log in enter your selected security code in 'New to this system?' box B

Make a note of this security code, as you will need this whenever you attempt to access your details on-line.

On subsequent logins, enter the same selected security code in 'Already got a security code?' box A.

Country
Make sure you have selected the correct country.

You should gain immediate access to your details once you have corrected any mistakes that you may have been making by working through the above hints.

Amend your details and check that the necessary changes have taken place by doing a search for your marina. Your changes will be immediately effective.
